Yes, It was just a 2 or 3 second flash of Elvira, but I caught it. I love it that she's showing up on the show more and more. Let's hope this Halloween they'll do more with Elvira hopefully in on eof the Treehouse of Horror!

Does anyone know exactly which episode where she appeared with Kent Brockman?

Here's the info on the episode with Kent Brockman and Booberella: www.tvtome.com/tvtome/servlet/GuidePageServlet/showid-146/epid-325918She was in tonight's episode as well, on TV in Patty and Selma's apartment hosting the movie "Son of Satan". That's three appearances this season in a matter of a couple of months. It's time for an Elvira vs. Booberella episode or tale in one of the Treehouse of Horror specials or something. A Simpson's figure of her at least!

Hi,
I think they really need to get Cass as a guest on the show.
Elvira on a tree-house of horror ep would be great.
Also, do you think it would be possible for Cass to sue over the use of her image in the show? Not saying she should or would, just a thought.

Nah...there's been enough BS law suit bad blood over her persona before, I don't see that EVER coming to light. Could she? Nah, I think Booberella is an amalgam of Elvira, Vampira, Lilly Munster, Morticia Addams, and a few other goth ladies here and there. Just think of how many Elvira knock off costumes you see out there around halloween. There's no lawsuits over those and those cut into her direct profits, so I don't see it ever happening.
Speaking of which, we had our own local Elvira of sorts when I was around 11 or 12. She hosted a show called Creature Feature that came on every Friday night and her name was Misty Brew. She looked like Elvira and Morticia had a love child and spoke like Lugosi's Dracula. She was nice to look at and funny, but you could tell she was always ripping off Cassandra and was, more often than not, a step or two behind her.
Unfortunately, that show doesn't come on any more, hasn't for years, and I cannot find a single picture of her ANYWHERE on the internet.

Good points there.
Vampira tried to sue Elvira and lost did'nt she? Recall that from the film 'Ed Wood', at the end of the film.
"Elvira and Morticia had a love child"
Sorry to be crude, but I'd like to watch them trying...

I have a copy of the lawsuit that Vampira tried to sue Elvira over. Basicly, Vampira didn't present her case well enough. Elivra is a unique character. Nothing like Vampira at all except they wear black. Besides, Elvira is WAY better looking than Vampira. Vampira didn't do anything for me. And all those rip offs of Frankenstein and Dracula. They're copywrighted characters from Universal.

Vampira never "did it" for me either. I always thought she looked like a hag school marm in a Halloween costume.

It was awhile ago. Sometime in the fall I think.
I don't miss Vampira though.

Boobarella (the Simpson's version of Elvira) made her fourth appearance about a half hour ago. First was a while back when she first hosted her TV show, complete with an injunction, on her trademark coffin/couch. The second appearance was with Kent Brockman at his news desk. The third one was as a standup outside Homer's wedding chapel, and tonight's appearance was on the plasma TV Homer was watching in his jail cell. We only get a sideways glimpse, but enough to confirm that it's her moving around. Of course, Homer is smiling. It's far easier to find these little tidbits with a DVD recorder (as long as my Panasonic decides it wants to work). i love the bit where she leans into the camera thrusting her cleavage forward and just says "booooooooobs"
